Individual Therapy Sessions

Adult Clients

At the heart of our counselling practice is empathy and a non-judgemental attitude. We understand that exploring your thoughts and emotions takes time, space, and a sense of trust. That’s why we prioritise creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel accepted just as you are.

We take the time to build a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship, because we believe that you are the expert in your own life. Our role is to walk alongside you, helping you explore and make sense of the challenges you face—always at a pace that feels right for you. What we explore in our sessions is guided by you and your needs.

Children and Young People

We use the fundamental principles mentioned above in all our sessions. However, when working with children and young people, we are especially mindful of their developmental stage and emotional world. We incorporate creative, age-appropriate techniques such as play, storytelling, drawing, and role-play to help them express their thoughts and feelings in ways that feel natural and accessible. We also work collaboratively with parents and carers when appropriate, offering guidance and support to help nurture emotional wellbeing both in and outside the therapy space. Our aim is to create a warm, accepting environment where young clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

A Person-Centred Approach to Employee Wellbeing

Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is built on the core values of person centred therapy, empathy, authenticity, and respect. We believe that when employees feel genuinely heard and supported, they are better equipped to thrive both personally and professionally.

We offer confidential, accessible support tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Through one to one therapy employees can explore challenges such as stress, anxiety, workplace conflict, performance pressures, or personal difficulties all within a safe, non-judgemental space.

Designed to support both individuals and organisational wellbeing, our EAP helps create healthier, more resilient workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and empowered.
